How to book an appointment?
To enquire about the therapy or arrange your first appointment, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 07596645420. I will be happy to briefly discuss your requirements and answer any questions. Should you choose to proceed with therapy, we would then arrange a date, discuss fees and schedule an assessment session.
Fees and payments
Fees vary depending on the type of referral, individual circumstances, medium of contact and time of appointment.
Appointments later in the day or on Saturday mornings are in more demand and are therefore more expensive.
Skype sessions are also available (at a reduced cost). Please contact me for details and fees.
I accept referrals from Employee Assistance Programs. Please contact me to discuss fees.
For people on low income or therapy trainees I offer an agreed number of sessions at low cost.
How do I pay for therapy?
Please pay for the first session via the bank transfer 72 hrs prior to the session.
Other sessions’ fees can be paid at the time of the session by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
All clients who do not give 24 hours notice or who do not turn up for their appointment will be charged at the full fee for the session.
Sessions cancelled within 72 hours will incur an administration fee of £10
To cancel a session please call, text or email me and we can arrange another replacement appointment for you.
If you require home visits and require the therapist to travel to your home, please note that travel time and mileage will be included on top of the session rate. Enquire for further details.
